Providence is calling for applications for our March 2025 RN Medical Surgical ICU Unit Fellowship at Providence St. Peter Hospital.
An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.
The position starts March 10, 2025
Full-time, Day, Night and Variable shifts available
Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment ($10,000)
Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
